Shake Shack is coming soon to the Lehigh Valley Mall, and here are the holiday items on the menu you can try.

The fast-food chain known for its burgers, fries, and hot dogs is introducing new flavors fit for fine dining on its main menu. On Oct. 22, Shake Shack released their Black Truffle Burger and Parmesan Garlic Fries as well as three exclusive shakes.

This menu item of a burger and fries is taking the rich ingredient of truffles and adding them to a classic burger. Truffles, much like mushrooms, are an edible fungus commonly found in high-priced dishes. This ingredient can be eaten raw, cooked, formed into oil, and sliced or shredded onto many dishes. Shake Shack has partnered with Regalis Foods to create a truffle sauce made from their Organic Black Truffle Arbequina Oil and Spanish Black Truffles to go along with their new menu items.

The burger is priced at $9.79 and is topped with Gruyere cheese, truffle sauce, and crispy shallots added on a toasted potato bun. To go along with the burger are crinkle-cut fries which are marketed at $5.39, they’re sprinkled with shredded parmesan cheese and served with a side of the truffle sauce.

To pair with your burger are three shakes festively flavored, with each costing $6.59. Making its return is the Christmas Cookie Shake, a sugar cookie frozen custard blended up, topped with whipped cream and festive holiday sprinkles. The new Chocolate Milk+Cookies Shake has a base of malted chocolate frozen custard with chocolate cookies spun into it, it’s finished with a dollop of whipped cream and a chocolate chip cookie crumble. The last shake is the Sugar Plum Fairy Shake: A colorful refreshing blend of raspberry jam Linzer cookies, mixed with vanilla custard, topped with whipped cream, and unicorn chocolate bark.

If you’re ever by the Lehigh Valley or King of Prussia mall this holiday season, stop by to try the truffle menu and flavored shakes for a limited time only. Shakes will continue production until the ending of Dec. and the truffle burger and fries will be available till Jan. 10.
