Between the gym, the ice, the pool, and the mat, Emmaus athletes have been hard at work. Teams have taken home wins, losses, and ties throughout the 2021-2022 winter sports season. Many students committed to continuing their athletic careers in college, some broke records, and plenty experienced both joy and heartache. But they all have one thing in common: they worked hard. Many faced early morning wake-ups, many worked alongside the setting sun and rising moon, and all devoted hours upon hours of their time to their sport of choice. No matter the outcome of the game, match, or meet, the point of the practice is to gain a sense of accomplishment, connect with their teammates and, more than anything, make themselves proud.
